Add-on Options

Pre Party Set-Up

$450–600 approx. The Bleu Crew can take care of event setup prior to guest arrival. This includes tables, ceremony chairs, linens, place settings, décor, favors, centerpieces, and more. We’ll review your layout ideas and décor plan ahead of time to make sure everyone is on the same page with our responsibilities.

Post Party Clean-Up

$450–600 approx. After your guests have headed out, the Bleu Crew can handle cleanup either late night or the following day. This includes breaking down tables, linens and chairs, sorting rentals for vendors, and gathering décor items. We depart once venue cleaning requirements are met and the space is left in great condition.

Storage Fee

$200 approx. This is an add-on available with Post Party Clean Up service. We’ll gather your décor items, extra alcohol, signage, and personal items and bring them back to our facility for you to pick up when you’re ready. Post-Party Clean-Up service is required in order to add storage. Items can be stored for up to two days. Additional fees may apply for larger quantities or storage beyond two days.

Bartending

We can provide OLCC-licensed bartenders to keep the drinks flowing. We can serve beer, wine, cocktails, signature drinks, or whatever you’d like! Bar setup includes tables, linens, wine openers, bar tools, napkins, compostable 9oz & 16oz cups, coolers, and wine and keg tubs. Alcohol, mixers, and garnishes are supplied by the client, and there is no corkage fee. We do not accept tips at the bar.

Beverage Station

$4.00 per person A self-serve beverage station featuring your choice of one flavored water, one flavored lemonade, and iced tea — perfect for all ages. Set up includes a 4’ table with linen, beverage containers, signage, and disposable cups. Included at no additional charge with our bartending service.

Coffee & Tea Service

$3.00 per person We serve Strictly Organic Coffee (locally roasted in Bend), including regular and decaf, along with hot water and a selection of herbal teas. The station also includes cocoa and cider packets, assorted sugars, stir sticks, creamers, and 8oz paper cups. Set up includes a 4’ table with linen and disposable cups.

Ice Charge

$10.00 per 20 lb bag We’ll purchase the appropriate amount of ice needed to chill kegs or bottled beer, white wine, champagne, water glasses, and more.

Event Insurance

$150–$250 (venue dependent) Some venues require event insurance. When needed, we can add the venue as a “second insured” on our policy to meet their requirements.

Garbage Removal

$200 This prearranged service is available if trash or recycling is not accessible on site. Before our staff leaves for the evening, we will gather any trash accumulated during your event and take it with us for proper disposal.

The Details

The Bid

We begin with a consultation to get to know you and your event. Most consultations take place over the phone, making planning easy no matter where you're located. From there, we'll create a customized bid designed around your needs and budget.

Agreement and Deposit

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send over a Catering Agreement to reserve your event date. There's no need to have your menu or final details selected at this stage. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon signing and will be applied toward your final invoice.

Menu Choice

We keep the planning process flexible and stress-free. Your final menu selections simply need to be confirmed two weeks before your event.

Tasting Policy

Complimentary tastings are included with all wedding catering packages, with the exception of Set Up & Go weddings.

Dietary Accommodations

We offer chef-choice vegan and vegetarian meal options for your guests at no additional cost. Simply let us know about any dietary restrictions prior to your event, and we'll ensure that every guest has a delicious meal to enjoy while you still get the menu you've always envisioned for your special day.

Event Details

Your Event Details serve as the roadmap for your day. As details are finalized, we'll update your timeline and logistics, sharing the latest version with you along the way. Our team uses this guide to ensure your event runs seamlessly.

Rental Coordination

We help coordinate and manage many of the rentals needed for your event, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and more. Our team works directly with rental partners to simplify the process and ensure everything arrives on time and as planned. Due to the specialized logistics and installation requirements involved, tenting, lighting, and dance floor rentals are not coordinated by Bleu Bite.

Final Guest Count

We require your final guest count at least two weeks before your event. Adjustments to your count may be made until one week prior.

Final Payment Due

Your final balance is due two days before your event. Following your final meeting, we'll send your invoice with a payment link. We also accept payment by check or cash.

Operations Charge

The operations charge is calculated as a percentage of food and staffing only. Rentals and beverages are excluded. This charge covers the many essential items and supplies we bring to your event that aren’t billed individually but are necessary for service — including serving trays and jacks, buffet tables and linens, hot and cold boxes, grills, propane, chafers and fuel, coolers, wine tubs, garbage cans, disposable service items, and more.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected and is left completely up to you. Any gratuity received is shared among the entire team that helps make your event come to life — including onsite staff, back-of-house crew, office team, and dishwashers.

No Corkage Fee

You may purchase your own alcohol, beer and wine, there is no corkage fee.

Staff Arrival and Departure

Our event staff arrives approximately 2 hours before guest arrival to prepare for your event. Party chefs arrive approximately 2 hours before your scheduled meal service to begin food preparation. Staff departure times are determined by the services outlined in your event details.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded less any planning time, tastings, and expenses incurred by Bleu Bite Catering prior to the cancellation date.
