I used Bleu Bite for my bridal shower this weekend and it was phenomenal! Everyone loved the food and we barely had any leftovers! Mike came early to set up and was right on time for breakdown after the event! Seriously the easiest caterer to book in town and the best menu options! If you need a caterer, look no further!

Highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering! They catered our wedding reception at the High Desert Museum and I have no regrets about booking them. I knew during our first call with Cerstin that we would be in skilled hands. She asked questions that guided us toward the decisions we would need to make, but I never felt pressured. I also really appreciated the way they accommodated dietary restrictions for several of our guests. Other caterers seemed to have a more cookie cutter approach to that and Bleu Bite's personal touch was part of why we chose them.
Our tasting experience was so much fun and helped us feel confident that we were making the right selections for us and our guests. Their communication throughout the process was stellar and I found their client portal helpful and easy to use. Our guests loved both the appetizers we served as well as the full dinner and the catering team present at our reception gave friendly, fantastic service.

We are extremely grateful to have had Bleu Bite cater our wedding on the 27th. They did such an amazing job and made all of our guests feel so well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone kept talking about how good everything was.
Their team was so professional and kind, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They even did such a great job cleaning up that we got our entire cleaning deposit refunded. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. Highly recommend Bleu Bite!

We recently used Bleu Bite Catering for a large party (about 70 people) that doubled as a housewarming and 30th anniversary celebration — and they were fantastic from start to finish!
From planning to execution, the team was professional, creative, and a pleasure to work with. I sent them a list of appetizers we liked from their menu, and they helped refine the selection by removing similar items and suggesting great alternatives. The result was a delicious and varied spread that our guests couldn’t stop raving about — the bacon-wrapped shrimp, chimichurri steak skewers, and crostini bar were especially big hits.
The on-site team was just as impressive. The setup was beautiful — they even incorporated some of my own decorations into the table décor to fit our theme. The server, Kiki, and bartender, Louie, were excellent: friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. And the woman who came to set everything up (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) had an incredible eye for detail and made sure everything was perfect.
This was our second time using Bleu Bite, but our first time hiring a server and bartender — and it was absolutely worth it. They took so much stress off of us so we could actually enjoy our own party.
